This little stone cottage sits on Duart Bay, with unique views of the Castle. Our proposal creates a new study bedroom with ensuite in the roof space, reinstates the main elevation, and rearranges and extends the living spaces to the south-east to catch more sea views and make the most of the natural daylight and garden, extending them discreetly past the original house. The finished cottage is warm, comfortable, and efficient.
