In support of the Pontoon facility at Ulva Ferry, the shore facility building straddles the shore line and provides a community building in a remote location on the west coast of the Isle of Mull. It provides a flexible space, washrooms and toilets to meet the needs of locals and tourists.

This project achieves net carbon zero and won a GIA award 2024.
