We have designed homes to Passive House standard out at Ulva Ferry and always apply low energy ideas to our projects, but this new scheme is aiming for Passive House Premium Certification! We will have no central heating and will have on-site micro-generation to provide all of the hot water for the house. We also want to make this a carbon neutral build so it is going to be a real challenge!
